MEET THE COACHES
Codie Shuffield is from Water Valley, Mississippi, and since 11 years old, his passion has been Kickboxing. He was competing in tournaments and became the Mid South Champion 5 years in a row. Two times at the IFK World Classic, he competed against the best fighters in his division from all over the world. Codie made it to the finals both years but lost contentious, split decisions in both bouts to opponents who have now gone on to have success in pro combat sports. While in college at North West in Senatobia, MS, Codie traveled to Memphis to learn how to fight on the ground with the goal of joining MMA. Fighting for Cage Assault and V3, he had reached another goal, and became one of the most respected strikers in the Mid South. Later, he went Pro fighting for SFC Prizefight, V3, and Bellator as well as boxing professionally.
Matt Webb was born and raised in Oxford, Mississippi, he graduated from Lafayette High School in 2007. Matt played four years of college baseball and he coached high school baseball at North Delta, then decided to enroll at the University of Mississippi. He graduated with degrees in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology; and minored in Health and Nutrition with 200 hours of research in Sports Medicine. He is certified by the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) in Strength and Conditioning and is a certified Personal Trainer. Matt also has a boxing and cornering license, and is certified by the Boxing Fitness Institute. Matt has been training pro and amateur fighters for the past four years and has been teaching kickboxing for over three years.

RISE AND SHINE WITH HIT
High intensity Kickboxing combined with numerous ab and core exercises.
Consists of a mix of plyometric exercises and kickboxing.
A set number of timed workouts in a specific order ranging from but not limited to squats, lunges, push-ups, sit ups, and burpees.
High intensity kickboxing focusing on constant movement promoting more calories burned.
7 Rounds ranging from 3-10 minutes and most of the time each round focuses on a specific muscle group to give a total body workout!
